Fulfillment Policy (Digital Services)
Service Delivery
All services — including email list access, campaign setup, and database delivery — are fulfilled digitally. Delivery times depend on the complexity of your order and project scope.
Turnaround Time
Standard fulfillment time is 4–5 business days from the date of successful payment and the receipt of all required client inputs (e.g., campaign goals, targeting criteria, creative assets).
Communication
We will communicate progress and delivery updates via email.
Client Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to provide accurate instructions, targeting preferences, and all creative or required content before service begins. Delays in providing this information may affect turnaround time.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our business — offering access to proprietary databases, email lists, and custom digital services — all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun or data has been accessed.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
- No services have been delivered.
- No data or list access has been granted.
- A formal cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
- After this window, refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our sole discretion.
